I believe in the power to create change in our world one person at a time by how we live not what we say.  

A life long love of self-discovery and inspiring it in others has brought me to coaching as my life’s work.  I take a whole life approach with my coaching, as any aspect of life affects the whole person.  Many times a client chooses to focus on one area but it inevitably flows into the rest of their life.  The thing I love most about the coaching process is witnessing the power that lies within the client.  Facilitating the client in discovering the truth about their own innate wisdom and knowledge is an amazing experience for both of us.  When we become more conscious about the process of living, we free ourselves from being bound to habitual and programmed ways of thinking, perceiving and responding to the world around us.  We are all born with an openness and curiosity about life.  The depth of our innate sense of limitlessness is what makes our hearts smile at a child’s excitement when reaching the top of the highest slide for the first time. It touches the place that is untamed within us. 

One of my most cherished memories of my daughter is that she desperately wanted to hold the moon in her arms.  Moon gazing became a ritual for us.  She spoke few words at the time, but she would reach her arms toward the moon with her tiny fingers grasping for it.   I would wonder what the moon sparked in her that made her want to carry it with her.  Of course, we cannot hold the moon but her innocent desire to do so reminded me to be open to the window of possibilities and opportunities that show up in life.   

We are not born broken, we are born whole and free in spirit.  This is the place we are called back to where we know the truth – this is where our sense of knowing is to be found.    Limiting ourselves to only what seems attainable or reasonable, disconnects us from our deepest desires and values.  When we do this all that is left is compromise, a settling for less than who we truly are.  Living our lives in a conscious manner brings an awareness that frees us to make new choices in our jobs, relationships, our actions, and the power to create the life we want.  Coaching requires both parties to be real and authentic with one another.  Every client has their own unique talents, gifts and, purpose in life.  It is an honor to assist others in re-connecting to the place within that holds the answers they seek and the knowledge to transform their lives.
